Perfect location, fresh made breakfast and affable people. Sea view was fantastic, the balcony was little. Location just off Porth beach and Newquay. Besides, excellent for visiting lusty glaze beach.

I loved my 2 nights stay. Good food as for full English breakfast. I had the suite, it was cosy and airy.

Not expensive and immaculately clean place, everything was superb. Continental breakfast with great food selection. The staff were happy to help at any hour and was so caring from morning till night. Took a walk around city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

All was perfect, including people and atmosphere. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a good breakfast, balcony, for instance. The pool was very clean with a whirlpool and a sauna. Found in a really great part of the town.

I was travelling to Newquay for a wedding celebration. They made my stay amazing. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. I appreciated a bright decor and big bathroom.

Was a fabulous base for weekend. Room had a balcony. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Quick bites francine's fish & chips was located 10 minutes walk away...

family-friendly hotel, great location, we booked the standard family queen room and really enjoyed it. having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus.

We stayed in a comfortable room, and enjoyed it. The breakfast they offered was delicious. We were here for a wedding celebration.
